As an online entrepreneur, I’m on a constant hunt for the best teachers and advisers out there. First, because I want to bring the best ones to become a part of the TotalPreneur™ community.
Second, because it’s fun. Seriously. When you love what you do, you want to stay up to date with the latest news and trends in the industry.
I’m just always hungry for new content and ideas and I hope you are as well.
Here at The Institute, we started to compare notes about who our favorite bloggers and podcasters are and we got into some great (and energetic) discussions.
So Ken challenged us to come up with a short-list of the top 10 most impactful Blogs and Podcasts for TotalPreneurs™.
I confess that we had some challenges distilling our passionate lists into only 10, but after some horse-trading, negotiation (and possibly some ballot-stuffing!), we’ve arrived at “The Top 10 Blogs & Podcasts for TotalPreneurs™”.
The winners below create content that’s priceless to any business owner, online marketer or entrepreneur. Also, note that they’re not in any particular order, so we haven’t ranked them in any way. Enjoy and let us know what you think!
Ramit is the real deal. He changed everything for me. This guy stands for what he believes in (like holding yourself and everyone around you to the highest standard). And he’ll teach you to do the same, in life and in business. He’ll teach you to value what you do and to make others value what you do as well. To fly high, not to settle for less then what you deserve.

Erica is launching her next business right now (she’s already successfully sold one). She shares her progress and learnings and failure on this journey. That’s just so much fun to watch someone going though the same thing as you do.
As much as we wish Erica all the luck in her challenge, I hope she keeps sharing more and more! This is a blog about business, yet,it feels so much more about life and finding your true path.

Ben is just too real. Bold. Direct. Honest. Into your face kind of communication. Definitely refreshing in the entire world of online marketers and so called gurus who are trying to “package” average content and empty promises into Big Words. If you want to learn how to SELL and to be proud of it, how to sell and do it efficiently while being direct and upfront with your customer, The Antipreneur show is the place to be.
This is one of my personal favorites! Whether you are on a hunt for inspiration from people living their dream: traveling the world while crushing it in business, or you are ready for practical advice on how to achieve this dream life-style, you’ll love entrepreneurs journey!

This is one of Ken’s favorites (he can’t stop talking about Nir’s book, Hooked, a must-read!). It’s all about your brain, how it works and how you can harness that knowledge to achieve amazing results.
You’ll also learn about the brain of your clients, business partners or anyone you meet in life or business. Nir specializes in human behavior and how we form habits. There are so many ways you can apply what he teaches, that this is truly a must for your marketing mind.
If you design or create user experiences…hell, even if you just write emails from time to time, you’ll want to know how big businesses are training you to use their products and how you can apply the same tactics into your own business.
You’ll love the Fizzle Show’s 3 hosts, name, name and name. They’re a great combo: funny, but systematic, sharing their own stories, and advising you how to customize the learning to your specific business.
Just like all of us here at the Institute, The Fizzle Show guys stand for turning your passion into a living. They talk about anything that can relate to this topic, starting from entrepreneurial lifestyle to finishing with complex and deep topics, such as how to set up your own coaching business and more.
Peep won’t give you those “25 things that will surely make your site convert” sort of posts, because there are none that are universal. Instead, he’ll teach you to think like a conversion hacker and approach things from a scientific point of view so you can learn more about the nature of your own business, while optimizing it for conversions.
John does an amazing job every day for his “Fire Nation” through his daily podcast, blog and numerous courses. He’s got an outstanding selection of guests (though he hasn’t interviewed Ken yet–hint, hint, John!).
You’ll find great interviews with entrepreneurs that will both educate and inspire you. Check out the “fire path” course on creating and marketing your own online course.

Amy is probably THE blogger to teach you about Facebook marketing. And the fun part is that her expertise doesn’t stop with one form of Social media. Pinterest, Twitter, Google plus – she is everywhere and she’ll teach you to get there and get noticed as well.
I love reading her, since she really understands and leverages modern social media marketing. Amy’s approach iss all about knowing what kind of content your audience is expecting, and how to distribute it wisely.
As an entrepreneur, you want to stay on top of your game! Keep on learning and get better at what you do every single day.
Remember–You don’t have to keep on re-inventing the wheel! There are some amazing people out there are on the same entrepreneurial journey and they’re ready to share (which is what The Institute is all about!).
